We are growing and looking to add to our Team! At PPS, our customers and employees are top priority. PPS is currently searching to identify and hire a Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the staffing orders and fulfillment of various customer accounts. We have opportunities available throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring practices.
 

About the Position

  • Recruit, screen, interview, hire, on-board, and assign temporary employees to work on assignments at various customer locations.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates based on experience, knowledge, qualifications and personality fit for the position and company.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in meeting and exceeding their staffing needs.
  • Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates).
  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan hiring events
  • Build strong business relationships by working closely with customer and employees.
  • Consistently maintain updates in internal CRM and Employee database software system on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate efficient and effective daily shift arrival and exit of the assigned employees, overseeing g the clock-in and clock-out process, generating accurate and timely reports regarding headcount per shift, paid hours, fill-rates, other tracking.

 

Position Requirements Summary

  • Must be a people person. Must enjoy interacting with people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency, be very self-motivated and follow up with action.
  • Must have strong PC skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule to include early morning activities, late afternoon follow-ups, and weekend initiatives when required or necessitated.
  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources / Customer Service / Account Management are desired.
  • 2 years of experience in the temporary staffing industry would be a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • Ability to travel in the Metro Atlanta are, as needed.
